Die dahinterliegenden Rohdaten der Mailbox Provider sind nicht neu, sondern die KPIs werden nun in Bezug zueinander dargestellt. Die Anomalie-Detection wird auf Basis derselben vorhandenen Mailbox Provider Daten kalkuliert und erm\u00f6glicht es Abweichungen bei der Posteingangsrate sowie der Spam-Beschwerde-Rate sichtbar zu machen, ohne die Posteingangsrate direkt zu ver\u00f6ffentlichen. Bereits vor ein paar Wochen haben wir die neueste Version des Certification Monitors ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Dieses Update beinhaltet die folgenden Punkte:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Benchmark \u2013 Deviation Inbox Placement<\/strong> \u2013 erm\u00f6glicht die Abweichung der Posteingangsrate zum vorherigen Tag mit allen anderen zertifizierten Versendern zu vergleichen<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kombinierte Trendgrafiken<\/strong> \u2013 zeigt zwei KPIs gleichzeitig, und macht es einfacher Zusammenh\u00e4nge zu erkennen und zu analysieren<\/li>\n<li><strong>Anomalie-Detection<\/strong> \u2013 zeigt die Abweichung der Posteingangsrate und Spam-Beschwerde-Rate, um einen Indikator f\u00fcr Verbesserung oder Verschlechterung zu liefern<\/li>\n<li><strong>News<\/strong> \u2013 Informiert \u00fcber Neuigkeiten und Updates<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alert Management<\/strong> \u2013 Berichte k\u00f6nnen hier per E-Mail oder \u00fcber Webhooks aktiviert werden<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aktualisiertes Benutzerprofil<\/strong> \u2013 Individuelle Verwaltung der globalen Alerts ist nun m\u00f6glich<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In den Trendgrafiken im Statistikbereich kann man prima den Verlauf der einzelnen Kennzahlen beobachten. In der Regel sind t\u00e4gliche Schwankungen der Posteingangsrate sowie der Spam-Beschwerde-Rate v\u00f6llig normal. Aber woher wei\u00df ich denn, ob diese Schwankungen \u201enormal\u201c sind und zum \u00fcblichen Versandverhalten passen oder ob ich mir Sorgen machen muss? Genau dabei hilft die Anomalie-Detection.<\/p>\n<p>Das Diagramm zur Erkennung von Anomalien bietet einen Einblick in die Abweichung der ausgew\u00e4hlten KPI \u00fcber einen gewissen Zeitraum. Gr\u00fcne Balken markieren eine Verbesserung des KPI von gestern auf heute, w\u00e4hrend rote Balken eine Verschlechterung anzeigen.<\/p>\n<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich gibt es eine rote gepunktete Linie, die den Schwellenwert darstellt. Alle Balken oberhalb der Schwellenwertlinie weisen auf Anomalien hin, bei denen der KPI erheblich von seinem \u00fcblichen Muster abweicht. Standardm\u00e4\u00dfig wird das 95-Perzentil ber\u00fccksichtigt, das je nach Wunsch angepasst werden kann. Mai sowie 30. Juni genauer ansehen. An beiden Tagen ist die Abweichung der Posteingangsrate gr\u00f6\u00dfer als sonst. Besonders die negative Abweichung kann dazu genutzt werden, m\u00f6gliche schlechte Versender herauszufiltern. Wohingegen bei den positiven Abweichungen m\u00f6gliche Schl\u00fcsse f\u00fcr zuk\u00fcnftige Versendungen gezogen werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Daf\u00fcr reicht einfach ein Klick auf das jeweilige Datum im Diagramm und schon erscheinen die Details f\u00fcr diesen Tag. Die grafische Darstellung mit gr\u00fcnen und roten Balken erm\u00f6glicht es, schnell auf einen Blick zu erkennen, welche Versandtage einer genaueren Untersuchung bed\u00fcrfen.
