DDV Dialog Summit 2026

The DDV Dialog Summit takes place for the first time this year and brings together decision-makers from business, research and practice. The focus is on current and future developments in customer dialogue, from AI, data and customer experience to CRM and responsible communication. The programme also includes the EDDI Awards and the Alfred Gerardi Gedächtnispreis.

CSA, created in 2004 by eco – Association of the Internet Industry in cooperation with the German Dialogmarketing Association (DDV), is a partner of the summit.
